The simple rules.

What counts as a support conversation?

One customer thread counts once in the month it begins. Replies, retries, status checks, private notes, and switching between a human and an agent do not create another billable conversation.

Do agents or teammates cost extra?

No. Daykeeper is designed around a shared workspace allowance. We do not plan to charge for another API credential, MCP connection, software-agent identity, or human seat.

Can an agent turn on overage?

No. Paid overage is off by default and needs an explicit human workspace-owner approval plus a hard monthly budget. An agent can inspect usage but cannot approve its own spend.

What happens at a limit?

Daykeeper shows your allowance, usage and next step in the console. Your history stays readable, accepted messages never disappear, and paid overage never turns itself on.
