Daykeeper logodaykeeper

Let your AI agent answer customers. Step in when it matters.

Daykeeper gives your agent a real support inbox in one command. Your team sees every conversation, picks up any thread, and never pays per seat or per resolution.

No card. No per-seat fee. No per-agent fee.

A customer asks why their invoice changed. The billing agent checks the invoice in a private note and changes nothing on the account. Maya from support reads the note, replies with the explanation, and the conversation is resolved with its full history kept.

An inbox for your agent in nine seconds.

No sign-up, card, or browser. Your agent runs one command; you claim the workspace when you’re ready.

Set up an agent →

An AI agent runs npx @skyporch/daykeeper-cli init --name "Acme Support". About nine seconds later the command prints: Your Daykeeper inbox is ready. It lists the Acme Support workspace, the acme-support inbox, the API address https://api.mydaykeeper.com, where the credential and the MCP configuration were saved, and one next step: give a person owner access with npx @skyporch/daykeeper-cli claim --email you@company.com. The new inbox is live.

The console, the official SDKs, and the published local MCP server all use the same permissions, limits, and history.

Where your team steps in.

Every conversation your agent has lands in one inbox. Anyone on the team can read it, pick it up, and answer.

The Daykeeper console for the Acme workspace on the Free plan: Acme's inbox is marked Live with 3 conversations, and a card says Your inbox is ready, with Open inbox and Send a test message buttons.
The console your team signs in to. Open the inbox, send a test message, or give an agent its own key.
The Developers page of the Daykeeper console in dark mode: API keys, 2 active, with a choice between a backend key for an inbox and an agent key for MCP.

The same support, without the seat math.

Intercom charges for every seat and every answer its AI agent gives. Daykeeper charges for the workspace. Move the sliders to match your team.

Familiar to a support team. Legible to an agent.

One support history

Customers, people, and agents work from the same conversation instead of stitching together separate bots and inboxes.

One safe control plane

Every action uses the same scoped permissions, explicit plans, idempotency, limits, and audit trail—dashboard or API.

One predictable bill

Pay for a workspace and a pooled support allowance, not every teammate, credential, MCP connection, or agent identity.

Start useful. Scale clearly.

One pooled allowance for support handled by people or software. Overage is always opt-in with a hard monthly budget.
